Mawongpa Water Solutions Private Limited (MWSPL) Company based in Olakha, Thimphu was established in 2009 with just four staff primarily for water tank cleaning service for the residents of Thimphu Thromde. Over the years, realizing the issues associated water supply system, understanding the difficulties faced by Government to provide safe water and in order to supplement the huge investment and the effort made by Government to provide quality and quantity of water to the population of the country, Mawongpa Water Solutions revisited and changed its objectives as follows:
The company with technical assistance and association with mostly international consultants firms has to a great extent specialized in water and waste water treatment technologies, materials and services. The company now is manned by 17 dedicated Bhutanese working in manufacturing, assembly, marketing and administration divisions of the company.
It is to greatest satisfaction that in short span of time we have been able to provide our services to Lingkana Palace and other Royal Palaces, more than 200 schools, hospitals, BHUs, more than 500 houses, hotels, resorts and other food industries and all our clients are satisfied with services and products provided by Mawongpa Water Solutions.
